I think it is worth noting that the previous comment is coming from an employee who has been caught hiding in the nurse’s station while on the clock instead of tending to patients, has called out of work multiple times last minute without finding replacements, AND has quit without notice surely leaving other employees in a bind. As a family member to a resident who has witnessed this employee’s lack of initiative, I firmly believe it is necessary to clarify this issue. It takes quality employees to create a quality work environment, and those who do not put forth the effort to create a positive work environment only contribute to the problem. I cannot speak for The Brian Center employees, but I can speak on behalf of my personal opinion that The Brian Center of Weaverville can now operate more efficiently and offer better services to patients without a negative employee bringing down the attitudes of those around. As a client of this facility, I have personally witnessed nothing but DEDICATION and KINDNESS from the management.
